Handwoven Kids Rug: Busy Farm Turkish Kilim Rug- (2'6`` x 4'2``) ^Sale

I grew up in a farm where trees, flowers and animals were in abundance. We had an orchard full of fruit trees, a rose garden, a vineyard and a clover field. It was a lovely farm at the skirts of a mountain with a cottage, a barn and a fountain with water coming from the stream on top of the mountain. We had cows, chickens, geese and lambs and my best friend “Polo” a a dog to keep the herd safe. We used to let the animals into the clover field, milk the cows in the morning, pick grapes from the vineyard. We would make molasses from those grapes. We grew one of the best types of grape in that part of the world that I was born. We would go onto picnics packing these gapes and home made cheeses in our baskets. At night we would fall asleep listening to my grandma's stories. It was a very busy farm that we loved and cherished.

This rug is hand woven inspired by kids from the Mediterranean, with hundred percent wool and natural dyes.

We place stories in our hand woven rugs, we grow more with every story told by a kid.
